Gadura Commerce is operated by Gadura Limited Liability Company ("Gadura", "we", "us"), registered in England with its principal office at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Platform itself (account registration, subscription billing, platform analytics). Hub Owners are independent data controllers for personal data they collect from Buyers through their Hubs.

Account data: Name, email address, phone number (optional), password (hashed).
Hub data: Business name, description, logo, products, pricing, categories, trader information.
Transaction data: Order details, payment references, shipping addresses.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type, session information.
Communication data: Messages sent through the platform inquiry system.
Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the Platform service (account management, order processing, subscription billing).
Legitimate interests: Platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement, analytics.
Consent: Marketing communications, analytics cookies (where consent is required).
